Divya Immigration Services helps applicants worldwide — including a large number of clients from India — build strong, accurate Express Entry profiles and improve their ranking before an invitation arrives.
The three programs
Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSW) — for skilled workers with foreign work experience, strong language scores and education (an Educational Credential Assessment is required for studies completed outside Canada).
Canadian Experience Class (CEC) — for candidates with at least one year of skilled work experience in Canada in the last three years.
Federal Skilled Trades Program (FST) — for qualified tradespeople with a valid job offer or a certificate of qualification in a skilled trade.
Not sure which program fits you? A provincial nomination through a Provincial Nominee Program adds 600 points to your score — often the fastest route to an invitation.
How the CRS score works
Every profile is ranked with the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), out of 1,200 points. Your score is built from:
- Age, education and official language results (English and/or French)
- Skilled work experience — in Canada and abroad
- A spouse or partner’s factors, if applying together
- Extra points: a provincial nomination (600), strong French ability, a sibling in Canada, Canadian study — and, from November 3, 2026, points linked to high-wage job offers and Canadian work experience
New from November 3, 2026: job-offer and work-experience points
Under IRCC’s new Labour Market Integration factor, candidates in 186 high-wage occupations can earn additional points in one of two ways:
- A qualifying job offer in a high-wage occupation — up to 100 points depending on the occupation’s wage tier. An LMIA is not required for these qualifying offers.
- A Canadian work-experience bonus — 70, 40 or 20 points by wage tier, for candidates with 12 months or more of eligible Canadian work experience.
These two routes are either/or — they are never combined. If you qualify for both, you receive whichever is higher. The factor is capped at 150 points (140 with an accompanying spouse or partner). Existing profiles are recalculated automatically, but your details must be up to date before November 3 to receive job-offer points — ask us to review your profile before the change takes effect.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a job offer for Express Entry?
No. Most candidates enter the pool without one. A job offer can add points — and from November 3, 2026, qualifying high-wage offers earn points without an LMIA.
What CRS score do I need?
It changes with every draw and category. Rather than guessing from old cut-offs, we calculate your exact score and show you realistic ways to raise it.
How long does it take?
Profiles stay in the pool for 12 months. After an invitation, IRCC aims to process most complete PR applications in about six months.
Can I apply with my spouse?
Yes. One of you applies as the principal applicant; choosing the right principal applicant is itself a scoring strategy we review with you.
